Christmas Day 2009

Today was another blessed, wonderful day. We got up early and go Peyton and headed to the living room to see what Santa brought and open her gifts from Mommy and Daddy. Unfortunately we couldn't get my car back up out of the garage yesterday to get Peyton's power wheel out of the attic. So hopefully we can give that to her in a few days. But she did get a talking Dora backpack, a baby swing and stroller, a talking Diego magnadoodle, a big box of crayons, markers, colored pencils, glitter glue, and a coloring book, and a new pink shopping cart. She loved everything and stayed busy all morning playing with her new toys and watching her "Charolette's Web" video that Santa put in her stocking. Around 9:30 Gami, Papa, Tam and Darren came over for breakfast. We had cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs and bacon. It was delicious! Everyone has gone home, Chad and Peyton are a sleep and I am sitting here looking at my recked house preparing myself to clean it so we can do it all over again tomorrow! We sure hope the roads get better so Grandma and Pops can make it up in the morning.
