House update 01/04/10

We Sold Our House!!!!!!!! Well for now at least. After 10 days on the market we got an offer. We went back and forth this weekend and on Sunday during my sisters shower our real estate agent ( Stella) called and said they excepted our offer. Holy cow. We were so freaking excited. Then about 2 hours later she called and said they couldn't get approved for the loan because her job was in another city. We were so bummed. We couldn't believe how fast it all happened and how awesome it everything was going and then she tells us that. All this morning Chad kept telling me "we're going to sell our house today". He was just trying to stay positive and keep my from being down. Then this morning Stella called and said they found financing and the deal was back on. So this evening we signed the offer and now we are just waiting to make sure 100% everything is okay with their loan. We just can't believe that we are just that much closer to living in our dream house. We stopped by the house tonight on our way to meet Stella. It looks so awesome. They have the roof completely done and they have all the electricity wired. I had to run over there this afternoon to make sure we got everything where we wanted it. We even had the wire cable on the back porch so we can put a tv out there to watch some OU football!! If everything goes as planned we will be out of our house on February 17th and be rooming with my parents until early April when the house is done! Mommy and Daddy, I'm coming home!! :)
